The Dutch is an International Championship Standard Golf Course designed by 2010 European Ryder Cup Captain and 8 times European Tour Order of Merit Winner Colin Montgomerie, in conjunction with Ross McMurray from European Golf Design. Colin’s ‘Risk and Reward’ golf philosophy is fully integrated into the design of the golf course. An ‘Inland Links’ course with unique shaping and features, making The Dutch a true challenge for golfers of all levels, from amateur to tour professional.

The construction quality of The Dutch has set a new benchmark in The Netherlands. This quality is reflected throughout the club from the maintenance of the golf course, clubhouse and practice facilities to the service and hospitality from the friendly, welcoming and professional staff.

Since the official opening in May 2011 The Dutch has received many compliments from the golfing world. Rated as one of the best new courses in Europe, regarded and respected as a very unique project having been developed by golf professionals from the Dutch-based golf company “Made in Scotland”, well known for their passion and love for the game.

The Made in Scotland professionals have been developing their business goals and ideas for the past ten years. The original concept was to create a forum for the elite of the Dutch business community, in which golf would bring together business executives in an environment conducive to starting, developing and improving business and social relationships. Central to this vision was the creation of a world-class golf course.
