GOLF COURSE DESIGN

PHASE I

MASTER PLAN

IMG will work with the owner and project team to determine the best routing plan for the golf course. We will walk the site and analyze all available data including topography, soils, water, climate, sensitive environmental areas and existing vegetation. We will produce a colored rendering of the final masterplan.

PHASE II

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In Phase 2 we start to develop the plans and drawings to enable the course to be built to the highest international standards. This phase includes plans for staking, clearing and contour grading. We also provide our construction specifications manual and detail drawing sheets, that cover our design standards for all phases of construction.

PHASE III

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Phase 3 plans include drainage, green design details, grassing plan, landscape concept, irrigation system design and pump station specifications. We also provide a detailed bill of quantities and earthworks cut and fill plan.

PHASE IV

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

IMG will provide the following construction coordination services:

Tender process assistance
Construction budget and schedule preparation
Recommend Project Manager and Shapers
Construction supervision with regular site visits
