On Wednesday 17th of October, World of Leading Golf invited all members and selected associates to witness the 5th annual awarding of six of its member clubs at Royal Bled, Slovenia.

Each year WLG recognises the superior efforts made by member clubs honouring an entire community with several special awards.

On Wednesday evening, the World of Leading Golf board members hosted their distinguished guests for a great night of celebration, dining and discussion in a festive, yet relaxed atmosphere. Coupled with IGTM 2018, the WLG awards ensures the chance for WLG venues to show their strength, explore synergies and promote to the travel industry what it means to be part of a brand driven and represented by quality.

Following its re-opening in 2017, Royal Bled instantly regained its place within the coveted Golf World Top 100 rankings and with this latest recognition there can be no doubt it has returned to its rightful place as one of Europe’s finest golfing destinations.
