Oronoque Country Club is located in Stratford and is 10 minutes from Rte 8 or Interstate 95. The club is situated between Fairfield and New Haven and is on the Northeastern end of Fairfield County overlooking the Housatonic River and Long Island Sound. 

The 18-hole golf course was built in 1972 and designed by Desmund Muirhead who converted the existing apple orchard fields and farmland into a spectacular golf course which will challenge every level of golfer. From the championship tees the golf course plays to over 6,700 yards, par 72. The slope rating is 131 from the championship tees.
