Located just outside Guangzhou and nestled among rolling mountains and picturesque valleys, Imperial Springs is one of China’s most exclusive integrated resorts. Covering an area of 280 hectares, Imperial Springs has a number of incredible high end facilities, including a 27 hole championship course designed by Colin Montgomerie, a stunning clubhouse, a luxury villa style hotel, convention centre, hot spring & spa, tennis, museum and private residences. The unique building architecture takes inspiration from the Tang Dynasty, and the resort is well known for hosting international government summits and heads of state from around the world.
The golf course is superbly designed and takes advantage of the natural beauty of the site. The setting is spectacular with mountains, valleys, streams and trees all coming into play throughout the course, adding to the challenge. Multiple sets of tees on every hole provide golfers of all abilities with a great test of golf. The club is private and play is strictly limited to members and resort guests.
The clubhouse is one of the most luxurious in Asia, and offers a variety of dining options in addition to locker rooms, pro shop and private meeting rooms. The hotel at Imperial Springs was voted "Best Golf Hotel in China" at the 2021 World Golf Awards. IMG provides golf management services to Imperial Springs.
