Ba Na Hills Golf Club, Asia’s Best Golf Course 2017 as awarded by World Golf Awards, successfully hosted its 3rd prestigious annual IMG Trophy on 6 October.

 

This 18-hole stroke-play event attracted 120 players from around the country who competed for a range of coveted prizes including business-class air tickets from Vietnam Airlines, accommodation packages at the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and Mercedes-Benz C200 for a hole-in-one.

 

While Mr. Wu Liao Chang recorded the low gross score (78) to claim Gross Champion title, many golfers walked away winners, as valuable prizes including 1 year supply of Titleist AVX balls, IMG-branded bags, suitcases and shirts as well as the latest Titleist drivers and wedges were also won.

 

A pre-Gala dinner chipping event from the clubhouse to the 18th green was staged giving guests a chance to pick up more IMG and Titleist prizes.

 

Launched in 2013 at Red Flag Valley Golf Club in Dalian, China, the IMG Trophy is particular event scheduled to be held at IMG-managed courses.
