Sindalah Island, located within the stunning coastal region of NEOM in Saudi Arabia, is a luxury resort offering unparalleled experiences to guests from all over the world. At the heart of the resort lies our Sports and Fitness Club, and we are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.

 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness, as well as a strong background in leadership, customer service, and financial management. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring the success of our Sports and Fitness Club and elevating the overall guest experience at Sindalah Island.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead and manage a team of employees.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

• Oversee the club's budget and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Plan and deliver programs that meet the needs of the resort's guests.

 

Key Requirements:

 

• 3- 5 years of experience in a management role in a luxury resort or similar environment

• 3-5 years of experience in a sports and fitness environment

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and luxury resort management principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
