Within the framework of on EUR 250 million investment (about HUF 77 billion), the first luxury resort of Central Europe is beeing bult in the Balaton region. As part of the development realized on the 160 acres parcel of the Zala Springs Golf Resort a five star hotel, villas, shops, wellness center, restaurants as well as other premium services are planned. The area with the region's highest quality golf course, its bistro restaurant, clubhouse and two condominiums is already waiting for visitors.

 

The first Hungarian luxury resort is built in Zalacsány as part of an exceptional sized development in Hungary. Visitors of the all year round open holiday village will not really have to move out because they will find all the needed services in the area.

According to the plans premium wellness, bath house, restaurants, cafes, fitness center, pharmacy, playground, cultural and conference center, sports grounds, lake for swimming and recreational areas will also be established in the near future.

 

However, the Zala Springs Golf Resort is alraedy more than just a plan. One of the most prestigious and beautiful golf courses in Central Europe, dreamed by by one of the world’s finest course designers Robert Trent Jones, Jr., has been operating here already for the third year. The 18 hole, 6351 m long championship golf coursesurrounded by lakes, was opened in September 2015 and more than thirteen thousand golfers have already played its holes this year. 
One of the most outstanding bistros of the region got place in the golf course’s clubhouse, where gastroturists can enjoy the fusion of international cuisine and local ingredients. In addition to the golf course, an increasing number of opportunities for sports and recreation is provided for visitors year by year.

 

And if you yet want to leave the luxury settlement, the world's biggest, biologically active, natural thermal water, Lake Hévíz is just a few minutes from here. Zala Springs Golf Resort is also only two hours away from the region’s three capital cities (Budapest, Vienna, Zagreb), but it practically has its own airport since the Hévíz-Balaton international airport is near here.

In the autumn, the third condominium building will be handed over in the golf village, with 18 one-two bedroom apartments waiting for their owners. Based on the so-called "second home" concept premium quality interiors are realized: the comfort and quality of a downtown apartment with hotel services. According to the designs of interior architects homes called "Prestige" and "Balance" harmonize with the close proximity of nature and the exceptional beauty of the resort landscape. The smallest apartment is 57 sqm and the largest is 186 square meters, available even from 3000 EUR / sqm.

Properties in the Zala Springs Golf Resort are also ideal for investment purposes. For example in the condominium that was handed over in June 2017, 28 studios and 4 penthouse apartments were delivered.
