Kingswan Golf & Country Club

Changzhou, China

Overview

Located at the foot of the Maoshan mountain, the golf course at Kingswan Country Club was designed by the legendary Taiwanese golfer Lu "Mr. Lu" Lianghuan - who gained fame for his runner up finish at the 1971 British Open at Royal Birdale. Mr. Lu utilized the natural terrain and lakes, and creatively blends in classic golf features, creating a truly unique course.

The golf course is the only golf course designed by Mr. Lu in mainland China and is intended to be his final masterpiece. Mr. Lu infused all of his experience, expertise and insight accumulated through years of competing in golf tournaments all over the world into designing the golf course at Kingswan. The course measures a staggering 7,710 yards from the tips, making it the longest golf course in Eastern China although multiple tees make it enjoyable and playable for golfers of all abilities.

Kingswan Country Club was officially opened in May 2010, and has immediately earned praise for its challenging golf course, beautifully appointed clubhouse, and highly personalized service. The Club has won various awards from leading golf media in the region, including Best New Club awards from Golf Magazine, China Golf, and Golf Punk.
