Belas Clube de Campo provides its members and visiting players with an exceptional experience both on and off the golf course.

 

Belas Clube de Campo is a Championship Golf Course designed by the American Architect, Rocky Roquemore. Nominated as “Europe’s Best Golf Destination” Portugal has some outstanding courses and Belas Clube de Campo is internationally recognised as being one of its best.

 

The layout is extraordinary, with its fairways threading their way through deep valleys yet affording unforgettable panoramic views over the Sintra Mountains. Laid out in two loops of nine holes, the variety of holes and the challenges provided make it a pleasure to play for all golfers, from amateur to tour player. It demands both skill and tactical play and the greens are acclaimed for their trueness and speed.

 

The 18 holes par 72 course ranges from 4,888 meters from the forward tees to 6,109 meters from the championship tees. The Championship course rating is 72 with a slope rating of 129.

 

The clubhouse is contemporary and comfortable and provides panoramic views of the course and beyond. The kitchen serves both national and international dishes throughout the day making it an exceptional place to enjoy your well deserved drink or meal after the game.

Belas hosted both the European Challenge Tour Grand Final in 1998 and the Portugal Senior Open in 2011.
