Aso Sky Blue Golf Resort is located on the Southern Japanese island of Kyushu and is about 75 minutes East of the city of Kumamoto, which conveniently has an international airport.

 

Opened in 1992, the 18 hole par 72 course is in the stunning Aso Kujū National Park in Kumamoto Prefecture and is built 900 metres above sea level on a spectacular hilltop site that offers players great views of the surrounding landscape. With a fantastic climate for golf, the course has a good variety of holes and is rated as one of the best on Kyushu. With a total length of 7055 yards the course has many tree lined holes and undulating fairways, and provides a very good test of golf. The club also features an on site hotel with 86 rooms and a clubhouse with spa, restaurant, locker rooms and pro shop. Players are provided with a golf cart but no caddies are used at Aso Sky Blue Golf Resort.
