Who is entitled to access the benefits and privileges of the IMG Prestige program?
 All full members of participating clubs whose membership is in good standing are entitled to benefit from the preferred access and rates offered by the other participating clubs. 

How do I request a tee time at a participating club?
All tee time requests must be made via the IMG Prestige website and a minimum of 5 working days in advance of the date you would like to visit the club. Select the club you wish to visit and complete the tee time request form. The request form will be sent to IMG who will contact the club to check the availability of the date and time you have requested.

How do I request a booking with an IMG Prestige partner?
All requests must be made via the IMG Prestige website. Select the respective partner and complete the request form. The request form will be sent to IMG and we will liaise with the partner who will then contact you regarding your request.   

How do I know if my tee time request is confirmed?
Once IMG has confirmed availability with the club, an email will be sent to the email address you provided on the request form confirming the date of your visit and your tee time.

What happens if the date or tee time I have requested is not available?
If the date or tee time you have requested is not available, you will receive an email from IMG with a suggested alternative. You can indicate whether you want to confirm the alternative that's been offered by replying to the email. IMG will then confirm your tee time and send you a confirmation email.

Do I need to take my email confirmation with me to the club?
No, you do not need to bring email confirmation with you. IMG will send a duplicate of your confirmation email to the club. You will be required to show your club membership card and photo identification at the time of registration.

What happens if I need to change my tee time or amend the booking details after it has been confirmed?   
To change your tee time or amend the booking details, you must contact the golf reservations at the club you are visiting and check availability for an alternative tee time on that day or inform them of the change to your booking. The club is not obliged to offer you an alternative tee time or permit the change to the booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my tee time booking?
To cancel your tee time, you must inform the golf reservations at the club you are visiting. You should be aware of the clubs cancellation policy.

Can I bring guests?
Whether you are entitled to bring guests and the applicable rates will be specified in the clubs booking terms and conditions on their page of the IMG Prestige website.

What is the payment method at the club?
All expenses incurred by you and your guests during your visit to the club must be settled with the club in full before departure.  Methods of payment will be specified by the club.
